托?？谡Z(yǔ)的 Task 3 是公告/討論題，也叫報(bào)告題（report）。它包含三個(gè)步驟：

　　首先是閱讀電腦屏幕上的一個(gè)小段落（長(zhǎng)度為75-100詞，時(shí)間是40-45秒）；

　　然后是聽兩個(gè)人（有時(shí)是一個(gè)人）討論閱讀中涉及的話題，其中一個(gè)人對(duì)閱讀中的話題表達(dá)了強(qiáng)烈的看法；

　　根據(jù)閱讀部分與聽力部分回答問(wèn)題：陳述對(duì)話中一個(gè)人的意見，并闡述這個(gè)人持這一意見的理由。

　　回答的準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間是30秒，正式回答時(shí)間是60秒。閱讀段落與聽聽力時(shí)必須做筆記。

　　準(zhǔn)備階段

　　與 Task 1 和 Task 2 （獨(dú)立任務(wù)）有所不同，Task 3 （以及 Task 4、Task 5 和 Task 6---綜合任務(wù)）的成敗更加取決于筆記的質(zhì)量。對(duì)于Task 3 而言，筆記內(nèi)容包含閱讀小段落的筆記與聽力部分的筆記。閱讀小段落（回答時(shí)不會(huì)再出現(xiàn)于屏幕上）的筆記需要邊閱讀邊記，即在閱讀時(shí)注意其中的要點(diǎn)：

　　1. 建議（計(jì)劃或改變）是什么；

　　2. 建議包含什么內(nèi)容；

　　3. 提出建議的兩大理由。

　　對(duì)于聽力部分，首先要注意的是哪個(gè)人對(duì)閱讀中的建議發(fā)表了強(qiáng)烈的看法。如果無(wú)法確定，可以大致記一下男女，即記錄哪個(gè)要點(diǎn)出自哪個(gè)人。其次，要記錄這個(gè)人持這一看法的兩大理由。這一點(diǎn)比較好判斷，因?yàn)檫@兩大理由與閱讀中提出建議的兩大理由直接相關(guān)。

　　其次，在準(zhǔn)備回答時(shí)，要弄清楚到底是問(wèn)對(duì)話中哪個(gè)人的看法。問(wèn)男人的看法，還是問(wèn)女人的看法。這一點(diǎn)馬虎不得。

　　最后，可以在筆記上劃出要講的內(nèi)容。因?yàn)闀r(shí)間關(guān)系，可能無(wú)法根據(jù)筆記另列提綱，可以在筆記上畫出問(wèn)題中所提出的那個(gè)人的看法與兩大理由。

　　Housing Renovations Planned

　　Over the last ten years, the number of Central College students living on campus in dormitories has decreased by twenty percent in an effort to counteract the trend, the college has announced a plan to renovate its on-campus housing. The renovation will take two years, and the will include improvement to the bathroom, lighting, and heating in the dormitories. “a lot of people are moving off campus because the dorms aren’t in great shape,” explained the college president. “ By renovation the dorms, we can make them more appealing than off-campus housing, and more students will choose to remain campus.”
